How do I get started?
Contact us! We will meet with you to determine if an estate sale is your best option. Assuming that an estate sale is your best option, we will discuss our process and what happens next.
What do I need to do during the process?
Nothing! We handle everything — staging, pricing, selling, and clearing out the house. Relax and let us handle it.
What is expected of me prior to your work?
Before we start our work, we ask that you and your family remove any items that you wish to keep as well as any personal documents.
What if we want to keep certain items but do not want to remove them due to size, time, or other reasons?
We will secure the items that you want to keep so they are not a part of your sale.
What should we get rid of ahead of time?
You should remove any broken, non-repairable items and anything you want to keep for yourself or for others.
Will you conduct an estate sale with someone living in the house?
No, the house must be free of occupants before we start the process. We have found that an this is the best way to create a successful outcome for you. We strive to make the process as easy as possible by doing the planning, work, and the clean up so that you can focus on the other details of your life, such as selling the house and moving.
What are your fees?
There are no traditional fees. We only ask for a commission on the overall sales. Since every sale is different, we base our commission on the amount, type and quality of items available for sale.
